Comments - Charming scene of palace ladies-in-waiting and a young prince watching the koi in a garden pond. The boy leans forward with his arms outspread in excitement as someone dips a net into the water to catch a goldfish. Behind them, a blossoming cherry tree frames a red sky above colorful oversize flowers. Nicely detailed with burnishing on the black kimono and embossing on the white kimono.
