Comments - Charming scene of people enjoying a spring afternoon viewing the cherry blossoms alongside the river. A waitress serves tea to patrons at a tea stall at right, while at left, a pair of men performs silly dances to the amusement of passersby. A police stands at far left dressed in a black uniform with brass buttons, carrying a long stick. Lively color and fine detail in this attractive spring view.
