Comments - Handsome view of a modern stone bridge bustling with traffic, including pedestrians, rickshaws, and a horse-drawn carriage filled with Westerners. A pleasure boat and a boats loaded with straw-wrapped bales glide beneath the arches on the river below. The snow-covered peak of Mt. Fuji can be seen in the distance, with the rooftops of the city along the tree-covered hill at right. A lively scene, nicely colored and detailed.
