Elegant Gathering in the Western Garden

Comments - Charming scene of women taking part in a tea ceremony, the room opening onto a courtyard garden with stepping stones leading to a gate at lower left. The hostess kneels at left holding a water dipper, while a beauty at right cradles a tea bowl in her hands. A blossoming cherry tree and bamboo frame the scene. An attractive design.
