Radish Figure - Strange kabuki print featuring a grinning man carrying what looks like an enormous daikon or Japanese white radish in human form, one arm of the creature draped over his shoulder. He stares up at the figure out of the corners of his eyes as he adjusts his brocade cloth hat. A very unusual and slightly creepy subject that we have never before seen.

Artist - Meiji era artist (unsigned)

Image Size - 13 3/8" x 9"

Condition - This print with excellent color and detail as shown. Backed with paper. Slight toning, soiling, and rubbing, a couple stains. Please see photos for details.
