Comments - Attractive scene of ladies-in-waiting accompanying two young princes on a visit to an iris garden. In the center, a beauty holds the hand of a small boy as he strolls along the wooden plank walkways out over the water. Another attendant shelters him with an umbrella. At upper left, an older prince is escorted by a beauty carrying an umbrella with a sword bearer following behind. Purple blossoms and rich green slender leaves fill the water around the walkways. A charming and colorful design.
