Comments - Terrific okubi-e or large head portrait of the great Taira warrior Akushichibyoe Kagekiyo grimacing with rage as he grips a naginata upright. His shorter hair sticks out atop his head, with longer locks curving around the side of his face and the rest pulled back over his shoulders. He wears a finely detailed kimono with a netted pattern over a suit of armor with black fur at the cuff. Beautifully detailed with incredibly fine line work in the hair. One of Kuniaki II's masterpieces.
