Meiji Emperor and Empress at Bansai Bridge - Interesting triptych showing the Meiji Emperor and Empress gathering outside Bansai Bridge. The Empress arrives at left accompanied by the ladies of the palace, one attendant shielding her with an umbrella while another leads her by the hand. The Emperor waits at left dressed in military uniform, surrounded by troops on horseback and on foot. The scene above shows a procession making its way across the stone Bansai Bridge. Wonderfully detailed with vibrant color.

Condition - This print with excellent color detail as shown. Three separate panels. Wormholes, a couple small losses at edges. Creasing, toning, soiling. Please see photos for details.
