Shinobazu Pond, 1854 - Beautiful springtime view of the famous Shinobazu Pond in Edo. The cherry trees along the shore and around the shrine are covered with pink blossoms, contrasting beautifully with the bright blue water. The narrow walkway leading to the Benten Shrine on the island is lined with tall pine trees, and visitors pass over the small arched bridge in the center. Several boats are visible in the water in the foreground. A classic Hiroshige design.

Condition - This print with good detail as shown. A few holes, small loss at corner, repaired. Slight soiling, a few creases and marks. Please see photos for details.
