Beauty in Private Quarters

Comments - Handsome design of a beauty relaxing in private quarters. She smiles as she looks over her shoulder, gathering up her robe with both hands. Her kimono features a charming border of swimming turtles, trimmed with a blue and white check and worn over a red tie-dyed under robe, a sash dropped at her feet. A pile of robes is stacked nearby, with a purse and roll of tissues resting atop it. A festival decoration hung with poem slips and gold coins hangs in the upper left corner. Beautiful detail in the architectural setting and furnishings.

Image Size - 14 1/2" x 10"
