Snow Scene at Shinobazu Pond in Ueno, circa 1848 - 1849 - Attractive portrait of a beauty walking through the snow along the bank of Shinobazu Pond in Ueno. She carries her umbrella and lifts the edge of her kimono as she walks, her tall geta clogs keeping her feet out of the wet snow. A charming winter scene, nicely detailed with bokashi shading in the water and sky.

Image Size - 14 1/4" x 9 3/8" + margins as shown

Condition - This print with good color and detail as shown. A few wormholes, repaired. Slight soiling at edges, fold at corner, small paper inclusion. Please see photos for details.
