Beauty and Origami Toads - Intriguing image of a beauty with an army of origami toads or frogs surrounding the hem of her kimono. She looks up with a somewhat surprised smile as the creatures begin as small squares of paper at center left, then march in a line that swirls around her feet as they gradually become larger. Toads are one of three special forms of animal-related magic in old Japan, so perhaps they are magical animals coming to the beauty's assistance. A charming design.
