Visiting Chigogafuchi in Enoshima, 1856

Comments - Charming scene of two beauties on an outing to the shore at Chigogafuchi near Enoshima. The women stand on a rocky peninsula, watching the undulating waves splashing against the shore. On a red mat spread out at right, a black lacquer bento box decorated with maple leaves holds a picnic, with tobacco set nearby. An attractive design with soft shading in the waves and sky, and a red glow spreading along the horizon as the sun sets.

Condition - This print with good color and detail as shown. A few couple small holes, slight thinning at corner, repaired. Creasing, slight soiling. Please see photos for details.
