Night Rain

Comments - Atmospheric scene of a rainstorm at night, with raindrops slanting across the dark sky. Pedestrians hurry across a bridge in the foreground, a warm glow coming from two lanterns. The lights of the city can be seen in the distance, with another bridge over the river along the horizon and a single boat on the water. A handsome shin-hanga design.

Condition - This print with excellent color and detail as shown. Slight thinning on reverse at top corners from previous mounting. Slight toning, a few creases, two small thinning spots. Please see photos for details.
