Beauty with a Lantern Kakemono

Comments - Attractive kakemono or vertical diptych of a beauty out for a stroll. She carries a floral lantern on a slender pole, the edge of her scarf caught between her teeth. She wears a green striped kimono tied with a black obi with a bold geometric pattern. Nicely drawn with flowing line work. A classic Edo era beauty subject.

Condition - This print with excellent detail as shown. Two separate panels. A few losses, tear at edge, a couple holes, repaired. Slight toning and soiling, slight paper remnants at edges. Please see photos for details.
