Comments - Attractive scene of beauties in procession, walking past blossoming cherry trees along the shore. In the center, a woman holds an umbrella above a princess in a red floral kimono with clusters of blue flowers adorning her hair. Beauties and girls in matching purple and white striped kimono follow ahead and behind, with the two women in black robes at lower right serving as yakko or footmen. Many members of the party carry black umbrellas decorated with yellow bands of red blossoms. Includes burnishing on the black kimono and light embossing on the white kimono collars. A handsome, rarely seen Chikanobu design.
