A Special 1938 Takamizawa Group - Founded in 1911, the Takamizawa Publisher of
Comments - Terrific kabuki portrait of Nakamura Noshio II Tokujo, the daughter of as Gotobei in the play "Kaeribana yuki no Yoshitsune." She carries a large wooden chest over her shoulder, a tie-dyed cloth wrapped protectively around her elegant hairstyle. She wears a checked outer robe over a rust colored kimono and a tie-dyed under robe. Nicely detailed with embossing to indicate the fold in the head scarf. Rarely seen in reprint.
