Flowers, 1847 - 1852 - Charming scene of two beauties on a spring night, the woman at left carrying a koto wrapped in print cloth as she walks across the stepping stone in the garden. The beauty at left smiles happily as she looks over her shoulder as she pulls up her long flowing sleeve. At upper left, a ceramic container patterned with Genji symbols holds a blossoming cherry tree. An attractive design with a nicely detailed setting.
