Cherry Blossoms in Full Bloom at Ueno, circa 1840 - 1842 - Beautiful spring view of cherry trees in full bloom at Ueno in Edo. Visitors stroll about the grounds of Toeizan Temple at left. The structure beautifully frames a view of the park, with cherry trees lining the walkways, interspersed with towering pine trees. The Boston Museum of Fine Arts has this image in its collection. An attractive Hiroshige landscape with soft bokashi shading in the sky.

Condition - This print with good detail as shown. Backed with paper. Vertical fold. Creasing and wrinkling, slight toning and soiling, a few spots. Please see photos for details.
