Courtesans on a Verandah

Comments - Attractive scene of three courtesans on a verandah with a scrolling iron railing, each dressed in elegant robes. The beauty at right wears a purple outer kimono patterned with a lion and peonies, while the robe of the woman in the center features colorful autumn maple leaves. Blossoming cherry trees fill the background against a deep blue night sky. A charming design, nicely detailed with embossing on the white kimono collars and trim.

Condition - This print with excellent detail as shown. Three separate panels. A few holes, repaired. Slight toning and soiling, a few creases. Please see photos for details.
