Comments - Charming scene of a young woman practicing ikebana, the ancient Japanese art of flower arranging. She kneels beside a corner shelf containing five different arrangements, including two hanging styles. She pauses for a moment with a few slender leaves in her hand as she contemplates the blossoms and leaves in a shallow basin of water before her, a pair of scissors on the floor nearby. An attractive design, published by Kyoto Hanga-in.
