Kato Kiyomasa Fighting Matsunaga Daizen

Comments - Fantastic kabuki scene of Kato Kiyomasa fighting the evil Matsunaga Daizen. At left, Kiyomasu lunges forward with his polearm, grimacing angrily, his sashimono or personal standard with fringed yellow leaves above his back. Daizen blocks the blow with his sword, gripping his weapon upright, an enraged expression on his face. He wears a striking purple robe patterned with a dragon and clouds over a suit of armor, his short hair sticking up atop his head with the longer locks pulled back into a low ponytail. Nakamura Shikan plays Daizen. A great design with large colorful figures set off by a plain background and a decorative border. A bold image.
