Original Nisaburo Ito Artwork - We recently acquired a small group of original paintings by Kyoto artist Nisaburo Ito that were done for a postcard sized series published by Uchida. Subjects include temples and shrines, city scenes, and landscapes. Each painting is mounted along the top edge to a backing sheet and includes a title in Japanese and the artist's seal. Some sheets include notations from the printer or numbers. A rare opportunity to acquire an original preparatory painting for a Japanese woodblock print.

Condition - This painting with excellent color and detail as shown. Mounted along top edge to backing sheet. Some backing sheets have soiling and stains. Please see photos for details. Painting in nice condition overall.
