Beauty Caught in a Breeze Kakemono

Comments - Lovely Edo era portrait of a beauty caught in a breeze, holding the edges of her robes together as they flutter around her. Her green outer kimono is patterned with flowers and flowing water, trimmed with a blue cherry blossom print. The hem turns up in the wind, revealing a tie-dyed red under robe. Her hair is pulled back into a sleek bun, adorned with floral ornaments, an ornate comb, hairpins, and pink ribbons. A charming kakemono or vertical diptych design.

Image Size - 27" x 9 1/4" + margin as shown
