Comments - Handsome kabuki portrait of a young warrior gripping a spear, staring ahead with a solemn expression. He wears a fine suit of armor and has a white sash tied around his forehead. A purple drapery above and sliding blue panels decorated with swirling clouds provide a colorful backdrop for the figure. Nicely detailed with fine line work on the hair and burnishing on the black areas of the armor.
