Comments - Handsome scene of a cavalry procession outside the Imperial Palace. At right, the Meiji Emperor rides on a white horse, wearing a dress uniform adorned with medals. At left, the lead rider carries a flag bearing the Emperor's chrysanthemum crest. An interesting design, beautifully detailed.
