Kunimasa (1773 - 1810) Japanese Woodblock Reprint
Ichikawa Omezo I

Comments - Terrific okubi-e or large head portrait of the kabuki actor Ichikawa Omezo I in character. He frowns with concentration, his hair pulled back into a neat topknot. He wears a simple brown striped kimono, pushing up one sleeve. A great expressive design and a fine choice for a kabuki enthusiast, not often seen in reprint.

Artist - Kunimasa (1773 - 1810)

Image Size - 14 1/4" x 9 1/2" + margins as shown

Condition - This print with excellent color and detail as shown. Slight toning, a few creases at edges. Please see photos for details. Good overall.
