Beauties in a Garden

Comments - Attractive scene of beauties enjoying a spring day in a garden. At left, a young woman examines a poem tied to a branch of a blossoming cherry tree. In the center, a beauty relaxes on a bench, gesturing as she chats with her companion. At right, a woman carries in a kettle and a black lacquer tray with three tiny cups and a bowl of snacks. The stone lantern behind her features a carved deer, and a dipper rests in a water basin below. A lovely design with wonderful detail.
