Miya, Kuwana, Yokkaichi, and Ishiyakushi Stations, circa 1835 - Interesting landscape design from Kuniyoshi's Tokaido Road series, which features multiple stations in each print. At lower left, blind monks approach the torii gate to Atsuta Shrine in Miya. Across the water at right, Kuwana Castle is visible along the shoreline, and labels above the mountains just to the left identify Yokkaichi and Ishiyakushi. A rarely seen series.

Condition - This print with excellent detail as shown. Large losses at corners, wormholes, thinning along vertical centerfold, repaired. Slight toning, soiling, and creasing, rubbing at edges, stains. Please see photos for details.
