Original Yoshiiku (1833 - 1904) Japanese Woodblock Print
Man with a Mirror in His Mouth, 1864

Comments - Handsome kabuki double portrait featuring a man with a mirror hanging from a red cord clenched between his teeth, an umbrella over his shoulder. He wears a blue vest patterned with pinks over an orange kimono with the same print. He looks up out of the corner of his eyes at a man in a rust colored kimono, who stares back at him with a tight-lipped frown. An interesting design.

Image Size - 13 1/2" x 9 1/2" + margins as shown
