Beauty and Elderly Man, 1856

Comments - Interesting kabuki scene of a beauty with a fan taking a stroll, while an elderly man appears in the forest behind her, carrying a rustic walking stick and holding a string of prayer beads. He grimaces as he stares ahead, his eyes wide. An unusual setting, nicely detailed.
