Woodblock Prints on Silk by Uchida - When we purchased a wonderful collection of 20th century prints directly from the archives of the Uchida Art Company of Kyoto, the group also included some woodblock prints on silk. These attractive designs feature the same attention to color and detail as their counterparts on paper, but the silk adds a subtle texture to the designs. Some of these subjects we haven't seen before. An unusual and interesting addition to a collection.

Condition - This print with excellent detail as shown. Slight paper remnants on reverse at two points at side from original publisher mounting. A couple ripples from printing process. Please see photos for details.
