Woodblock Prints on Silk by Uchida - When we purchased a wonderful collection of 20th century prints directly from the archives of the Uchida Art Company of Kyoto, the group also included some woodblock prints on silk. These attractive designs feature the same attention to color and detail as their counterparts on paper, but the silk adds a subtle texture to the designs. Some of these subjects we haven't seen before. An unusual and interesting addition to a collection.

Condition - This print with excellent color and detail as shown. Attached on reverse at two points at top edge to backing paper. Pinholes in right margin. A few prints have slight fraying at edges. Please see photos for details.
