First Cuckoo of the New Year at Tsukudajima - Wonderful design of evening falling at Tsukuda Island. The first cuckoo of the New Year flies across the darkening sky past a slender crescent moon, considered an omen of good luck. The tall masts in the foreground add a nice sense of dimension to the scene. Lovely color and shading.
