Comments - Lovely portrait of the courtesan Somekawa of the Kagaya accompanied by a servant carrying a lantern and her two young kamuro or child attendants Someji and Someba, who can be seen peering around her back. She smile happily as she strolls through the street, wearing a kimono with a charming pattern of rabbits and flowers. Beautifully detailed with embossing on the white kimono trim. A handsome Edo era beauty print.

Condition - This print with excellent detail as shown. Backed with paper. Small wormholes, repaired. Slight toning and soiling, a few creases, stains. Please see photos for details.
