Akabane Bridge and Suiten Shrine in Shiba, circa 1840 - 1842 - Lovely view of Akabane Bridge in Shiba, with groups of women crossing over the arched wooden structure. Softly shaded clouds border the foreground and drift above the rooftop. The Boston Museum of Fine Arts has this image in its collection. A handsome composition.
