Comments - Lovely kabuki portrait of an actor as the courtesan Agemaki of the Miuraya, smiling happily as she looks over her shoulder. She wears and elegant outer robe patterned with peonies and decorated with tassels knots over a kimono and red under robe, her hair arrange in two large loops adorned with combs and hairpins. Blossoming cherry branches frame the night sky above. An attractive design, detailed with embossing on the white kimono collars and trim, and bokashi shading in the night sky.
