Maisaka, Arai, Shirasuka, Futakawa, Yoshida, and Goyu Stations, circa 1835 - Handsome view of the ferry sailing between Maisaka and Arai, the sail dominating the foreground and another ferry visible on the water ahead. Red labels above the mountains indicate Shirasuka, Futakawa, Yoshida, and Goyu. A striking design from this rarely seen Tokaido series by Kuniyoshi, with fine bokashi shading in the water and sky.

Condition - This print with excellent detail as shown. Large losses at edges, wormholes, thinning along vertical centerfold, repaired. Slight toning, soiling, rubbing, and creasing, a few stains and marks. Please see photos for details.
