Nippori Village, 1853 - Beautiful spring view of cherry trees in bloom at Nippori Village in Edo. Visitors stroll about the grounds, a man supporting a friend who has perhaps had too much to drink, much to the amusement of a nearby beauty, who giggles at him. Tall pine trees dominate the view, and the rounded hills are softly shaded. An attractive landscape, nicely composed.
