Usugumo, Chapter 19: Iwai Kumesaburo III - Lovely kabuki portrait of Iwai Kumesaburo III as a beauty, smiling happily as she looks up over her shoulder. Her kimono is shaded from rust to soft green and patterned with cherry blossoms and tie-dyed clouds, and her hair is adorned with a comb, hairpins, ribbons, and stylized floral decorations. Peony blossoms form a border between the portrait and the background, which features a scene from the "Tale of Genji." A beautiful design from a seldom seen series, detailed with embossing on the white kimono collar.

Condition - This print with excellent detail as shown. Light horizontal and vertical centerfolds. Slight thinning at corner, a few holes, repaired. Slight toning, a few creases. Please see photos for details.
