Ishiyama-dera in Omi Province, No.13 of the Saikoku Pilgrimage Route, 1858 - Interesting scene from the story of the Bishop Roben (Roben Sojo), showing him seated on a mat carving a wooden figure of the goddess Kannon. The landscape above shows the Ishiyama Temple in Omi Province. A handsome design, nicely detailed and shaded.
