Gate of the Asakusa Kinryuzan, 1853 - Handsome aerial view looking down at the entrance gate of Asakusa Kinryuzan Temple. Tea stands and vendor's stalls line the grounds, and a plant dealer has set up tiered shelves of potted plants near the bottom center. The beautifully carved and colored red gate towers above its surroundings with giant red paper lanterns hanging beneath the eaves. An interesting design with wonderful detail.

Condition - This print with excellent detail as shown. Small wormhole, repaired. Slight toning and soiling, a few creases and spots. Please see photos for details. Good overall.
