Kiritsubo, Chapter 1 - Handsome scene of Takeshiuchi-no-sukune carrying the child Emperor Ojin on his shoulder, looking up at him with a happy green. At lower left, a lady-in-waiting waves a toy with dangling figures at him, while other toys are scattered on the floor at lower right. A charming design from this rarely seen Kuniyoshi "Tale of Genji" series in the unusual otanzaku format.
