The Ide Jewel River in Yamashiro Province, circa 1847 - 1848 - Lovely image of a beauty ready to wade across the Ide Jewel River in Yamashiro Province, one of Japan's famous Six Jewel Rivers. She lifts up the edge of her kimono, her sandal in hand, smiling as she leans forward. Flowering shrubs grow long the water's edge, and cherry blossoms frame a view of the blue sky. An attractive design.

Condition - This print with excellent detail as shown. A few small holes, small tear, repaired. Creasing, slight toning and soiling, a few stains. Please see photos for details.
