Ochie of the Koiseya at Kobikicho, Shin-yashiki - Wonderful, classic Utamaro head and shoulders portrait of the famous young beauty Ochie reading a woodblock print book. She smiles happily as she examines the pictures, her open lips revealing tiny even teeth. A lovely design with fine line work in the hair and a soft shimmering mica background. Rarely seen in reprint.

Artist - Utamaro (1750 - 1806)

Image Size - 15 1/2" x 10 7/8"

Condition - This print with excellent color and detail as shown. A small stain on the left side. Seal on reverse. Please see photos for details. Good overall.
