Inuyama Dosetsu Tadaoki Flying in Smoke, 1867 - Terrific depiction of the magician Inuyama Dosetsu Tadaoki flying in a cloud of smoke. He clasps his hand before him in a magical gesture, paper-wrapped pine branches clenched between his teeth as he invokes a spell. His long hair falls over his shoulder, his yellow robe whipping in the wind as the smoke drifts upwards. Tadaoki will use his magic to avenge the murder of his sister and father. A great supernatural subject.

Image Size - 9 1/4" x 6 5/8"

Condition - This print with good color and excellent detail as shown. Backed with thin paper. Small hole, small thinning spot, repaired. Slight soiling. Please see photos for details. Good overall.
