Shin'en - Heian Shrine Gardens, Kyoto

Comments - Attractive spring view of the Shin'en Gardens at the Heian Shrine in Kyoto. A large torii gate can be seen at left, with an expansive plaza leading to the shrine buildings. A few chickens peck at the ground below a lantern on a pole, and a blossoming cherry tree frames the scene beautifully. Published by Uchida.
