Eighth Month: Moon-viewing party

Comments - Charming scene of beauties enjoying a moon-viewing party in August. At bottom center, a beauty plays the koto while a woman behind her listens, her hands in her lap. A larger tray on the floor is heaped with colorful flowers and sweets in the form of rabbits. A full yellow moon glows softly behind the pine branches framing the garden. An attractive design.
