Sumiya Restaurant

Series; Twelve Views of Kyoto

Sumiya Restaurant - Handsome view of the Sumiya Restaurant, looking through the gate into the courtyard. A paved path leads to the entrance, and rust colored curtains with the restaurant's crest hang in the doorway. At right, a pulley and bucket hang above a wall, and a stone lantern frames the walk at left. An interesting modern design, nicely composed.

Image Size - 9 5/8" x 12 1/8" + margins as shown

Condition - This print with excellent color and detail as shown. Diagonal fold at corner. Loss at corner and small losses at edge, a few small tears at edge, a couple small holes, repaired. Slight toning, small spot. Please see photos for details. Good overall.
