Comments - Great kabuki portrait of a beauty caught in a rainstorm, holding lifting her hat above her head as rain slants across the dark sky. She wears a straw raincoat over her purple, kimono, and holds the scabbard of a sword tucked at her side. A nice design with burnishing on the raindrops. A rare full oban Osaka print, since most kamigata-e are the smaller chuban size.
